By using MapShotPro, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy.

These service providers process data only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect your information.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change by posting a notice on our website.
MapShotPro processes your photos entirely within your browser. Your photo files are never transmitted to, stored on, or accessible by our servers. All EXIF data extraction, map plotting, annotation, and PDF export happens locally on your device.
When you use the save/load project feature, your project data is saved as a local file on your own device. We do not have access to your project files or their contents.
The only usage data we collect is the count of photos included in each export, which is used solely to enforce your monthly export limit. We do not collect, store, or have access to the actual photo files themselves.
Your photos remain entirely yours. We never see them.
We retain account data (including email address, subscription status, and export usage counts) for as long as your account remains active and for a limited period thereafter as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We do not retain photo files or project files as these are never transmitted to our servers.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure authentication through Supabase, and restricted access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
